The Griffin Group manage and own three high end properties

Hotel Kilkenny,

Hotel Ferrycarrig,

and Monart Spa.

My role as the creative director involved overseeing the creation of print design layouts and managing weekly publications to multiple newspapers and magazines.

The priority was to ensure that all print materials adhere to the Griffin Group's brand guidelines while also reflecting the unique identity of each hotel property.

I would collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and design concepts that align with marketing strategies.

DESIGN PROOF PUBLISH

I created layouts for print publications, advertisements, and promotional materials. Incorporating high-quality images, typography, and graphic elements to enhance the overall design.

Weekly Design tasks included:

Coordinate with print vendors to ensure that print materials are produced to the highest quality standards and delivered on schedule.

Manage the distribution process for weekly publications to multiple newspapers and magazines.

Monitor the performance of print publications through metrics such as circulation numbers, reader engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Use this data to evaluate the effectiveness of print campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future publications.

The goal was to help the Griffin Group's properties to reach their target audiences, drive engagement, and ultimately, increase bookings and revenue.
